The Operator course is free for anyone - and so is certification for everyone on the floor with any platform license: the applied assessment and verifiable credential at no cost. Standalone (non-customer) certifications are $149 one-time.
Specialist Certification

The course is free - this is certification for any one Supervisor, CI Specialist, Plant Manager, Engineer, or Administrator path: the applied assessment (a ~45-min scenario up to a multi-hour hands-on lab or defended case) plus the verifiable credential. One recert included; volume bands at 10+ and 25+.
Executive Certification

The course is free - this is the Executive Sponsor certification: a 30-min defended ROI-and-governance decision plus the verifiable credential. Priority enrollment; −20% at 5+.
Master Class

All courses are free; this certifies you across every role path plus a cross-role capstone, earning the KaizenFlow AI Certified Master credential. Less than three Specialist certifications à la carte - and included free in the Plant-Wide License.
Plant-Wide License

Unlimited certifications across all 7 paths for one site, an Academy admin console (assign paths, track completion, export compliance), cohort enrollment, and unlimited recert. The cheaper choice past ~28 certifications.
Prices are for certification only - the courses stay free. Individual certifications are a one-time charge for a credential valid 24 months; renew with a recert when it lapses. The Plant-Wide License is an annual term and co-terms with your platform contract.
