What support is included once we're live? Every plan includes onboarding and a named success engineer - the same person through connection, calibration, and your pilot's weekly reviews. After go-live, support runs through your success engineer and [email protected] with a one-business-day response target. Enterprise agreements add a dedicated CSM and contractual SLA commitments.
Who handles security or privacy questions? Security reviews go through the security and architecture brief - pick it in the request form. Vulnerability reports go to [email protected]. Data-protection questions, including how to exercise data-subject rights, are covered on our GDPR page.
Do you train our operators? Product onboarding is part of every plan, run by your success engineer with your team on your data.
