By accessing or using KaizenFlow AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, viewers, and API consumers.
KaizenFlow AI provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for manufacturing analytics and continuous improvement. The Service includes real-time dashboards, AI-generated suggestions, connector integrations, and collaboration tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user account is personal and non-transferable. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Organizations are responsible for managing user roles and permissions within their tenant.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or connect to the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your production data for purposes other than providing the Service. Aggregated, anonymized benchmarks may be used to improve the platform.
Suggestions, insights, and recommendations generated by our AI agents are advisory only. They do not constitute professional engineering, safety, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing any AI-generated suggestions. KaizenFlow AI is not liable for actions taken based on AI recommendations.
We target 99.9% uptime for production deployments. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers receive SLA commitments as defined in their service agreement.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed. Pilot engagements are billed upon commencement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in an Enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (e) circumvent usage limits or rate controls.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaizenFlow AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a data export for 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
